Definitely Salt, if you do go to buy any slug bait from a store please make sure it won't harm any other animals like dogs, cats, birds etc if you have them around your home.

I sprinkle Epson salt around my porch because I have the same problem. They hate salt. If they come in contact with salt they will die. And they also make some pellet stuff you can find at Wal-Mart I cant remember the name but it worked good too.

I heard once that if you put empty soup cans in the ground (so that the top of the can is level with the ground) and put beer in them, the slugs will crawl right into the cans.

in the experience that your slugs ARE cumin sell them to spice retailers. have you ever given any theory that they might already be interior the domicile and in basic terms disguise via day? Your cat may well be protecting his pee for no longer something.

Line your porch with salt. It'll also keep the spirits out.

Salt, or cinnamon, or chili powder.

Salt is best, but reapply after it rains.
