hmm...it most likely is a lie and i wouldn't trust any single thing they say especially if they are asking YOU to pay them money. remember...if it sounds too good to be true you can best believe it is. to be on the safe side try getting in touch with the better business bureau (BBB). they most likely can tell you about this site and they might even can go as far as linking you to another site that talks about the people who actually did the same thing you're thinking about doing only to have gotten ripped off instead. be careful.
