Perfume makers are chemists with incredibly sensitive noses. They can distinguish a wide range of material only by the smell and they can grade rose petals in several different shades of their order; when to me they pretty much smell the same. This is why one of the very first perfumes was probably rose water, crushed rose petals in a water solution.

You would crush the leaves of the plant or strip the bark off the root and smell it.

plants with essential oils are good plant that you can used as a perfume...... make the best out of it!!!
