The other day I drove a group of 4 kids home from school, but they got in a small confrontation with some guys and a little pushing and shoving went on and some verbal stuff, but no injuries to anyone. The guy in the other vehicle told me to get them out of the area so i brought them to their friends house and on the way there, two cops pull us over and charged the one kid and the other guy battery charges, but told me i had no charges because i stayed in the vehicle, and he just asked me who shoved first and took down my name, address, and phone number. The kid is getting a court date for his charge, but the cop didn't say anything to me. You think i will get brought into this case or did the cop get everything he needed from me, because i didn't see most of the fight. I don't want to court with the kids because they are the type if you say something they don't like, they will come after you. Only reason i took them home, was for gas money for the week, i don't know these kids at all.

I just don't want my name brought up in court because the people will turn against me and do some nasty stuff.

The cop didn't take anyone to jail, but told the one kid that he will get charged with battery. What if the kids try to blame something on me.
