Katja
Käthe

but there are also pet forms like

Katinka
Käthchen
Katjuscha

etc.

You don't translate names when speaking in a foreign language. If your last name was Brown in America you would not call yourself Braun in Germany, it would still be Brown!

your name is the same in whatever language, it doesnt change. you can find an equivalent but otherwise you should just use your name
