Great decision, Brittney is a disgrace and a neglectful mother who should never be granted full custody again ! What do you think, is Mother hood a right or a priviledge ? Is being a celebrity any excuss for poor parenting ? For once the courts got it right !

Yes they certainly did get it right and if she doesn't get her act together soon she will end up in jail. I bet she learns how to keep her knickers on then.

There is no excuse for poor parenting as there are plenty of places to get help if you ask for it. Motherhood should be viewed as a privledge as there are so many couples out there who want children and cant have them. Children are a blessing and dont ask to be here so it is our job to make sure they are happy and healthy for as long as they will let us look after them.

Where Brittney is concerned I think that the poor girl needs help, not just to be a parent but to learn to be a "normal person/civillian" again. As much as it sux being a celebrity does not really show them what the real world is like especially when being a celebrity is all that they have known from a young age like Brittney. As for Kfed getting custody I dont think he is much better, he has 3 other children that he has barely had anything to do with. The 1st is the eldest and to a different mother altogether just in case others dont realise.

I think that KFED used Brittney to get status and stupid her let him, she may not have realised at the start but im sure towards the end of their relationship she would have had to have known this. I feel sorry for the poor children it is a loose loose situation all round. Both parents are as bad as each other to an extent.

By the laws of nature, it would at first glance seem to some that motherhood is a right. However, I believe that motherhood is a privilege; when children are neglected, as in the apparent case of Britney's boys, a woman should never be permitted to maintain custody of her child(ren).

I completely agree with you that the courts did in fact get it right this time around. Britney had all of the warnings in the world. Any mother who, in her right mind, wished to keep her children would have made a complete turn-around and changed her lifestyle.

Fame is NEVER a plausible excuse for poor parenting. Furthermore, there is no excuse for poor parenting. In Britney's case, it is a woman still committed to her own childish mentality attempting to play house with "living dolls" and nothing more. Kevin -- the lesser of two evils in this sad and pathetic situation -- deserves custody of those boys.

In response to another poster - I don't think Paris Hilton is a mess. Sure, she's made some bad choices but she's not falling apart like Britney Spears is. Her parents are still together after more than 30 years and Paris herself didn't start seeking the spotlight until after she became an adult. She has two younger brothers you never hear about. It seems her parents aren't pushing their children into showbiz careers but they can choose that for themselves when they're old enough.

If her behavior is true and not just made up by a jealous ex to make her miserable then the courts did the right thing. Motherhood should be a priviledge and only then after they have gone thru extensive testing to make sure that person is not going to be mentally and physically abusive.

I posted a thread in a forum just yesterday titled "WOO-HOO! (Britney)" and you wouldn't BELIEVE the beating I took! I even posted tons of facts about how she was given a bunch of options to make things right and ignored them. About how she did drugs in public and took her children out in all hours of the night during a friggin' custody battle and they STILL claimed SHE was the victim. BARF! Victim, my as*. She made a series of conscience decisions that led her to this day. Finally those boys will get some stability in their lives (even if it has to be with KFed).

I think that no-one will really know who was the better parent because the media twists and adds so much stuff so people will buy there magazines, papers ect.. I mean yer we saw her driving with her baby on her lap which i totally think is wrong..But thats what the media wanted to show how bad britney was..We dont no what kevin has done because that wasnt what people wanted to no "so the media thinks"

from what I've seen i think it's the right decision for now who knows it may provide the motivation she needs to sober up and get clean, lots of women lose custody due to drug abuse only to have it given back once they turned their life around for good, she's troubled and needs rehab, if she really wants her kids back she'll give up the booze, drugs and party's.

she brought it on herself. she was given every opportunity and then some. it's pretty sad that KFED turned out to be the better parent. that right there tells you Britney was probably screwing up worse than we know. only a selfish, immature person would chose partying, drugs and drinking over their children.
