Fish is probably the best, but if you are not a seafood fan, chicken is great as well as turkey. Turkey is naturally really low in fat, and you can buy it ground so you can make things like turkey burgers, or sub it into your favorite dishes like hamburger helper, or spaghetti sauce or tacos. I would not suggest eating fatty red meats, no bacon, sausage, and if you have to get hamburger, get extra lean like 97%fat free.

You can eat any type of meat as long as the fat is removed ( before cooking). The best method of cooking is to grill or roast on a rack so the fat drips out. Get yourself some low fat cookbooks, some of them have some great recipes and remember to count your calories of everything you put in your mouth and I mean everything. A diet is more than just the types of meat you eat, drink loads of water and exercise daily or at least every second day. The biggest thing I've found is in the way you cook and the add ons, eg. the dollop of butter on your spud etc. Don't weigh yourself every day, once a week is enough and measure your waist, hips, upper arms and legs as this can also be a good indicator of weight loss. Don't go for a big loss in a hurry about 0.5kg per week is the suggested healthy way. Congratulations on your decision to get healtier and GOOD LUCK.

You can eat very lean beef(steak, roast beef). Also since skinless chicken has few calories you can eat that too. You can even eat turkey(skinless). Also any fish is good too. You should eat top quality meats. If you eat fast food their meat is a grade D. Which means it comes from junk animals. Try not to eat any meat that is fried, breaded, or has skin. Also try not eating any meat with fat on it. Also if you cook any of you meat in oil use extra virgin Olive oil. It is the healthiest choice of oil. Hope I Helped. See Ya!!!

Chicken, fish, shrimp, lean turkey. Don't FRY any of them! If you want a meat substitute, then use legumes (beans like pintos, lentils, black beans, etc.). You can also use tofu, but personally, I hate the stuff. Stay away from dark poultry too, no legs, thighs, etc. Favor salmon also, it's great for you. Try to get it wild, not farm-raised.

You can eat any type of meat, but you need to make sure that you only have ONE serving. Most people have to weigh and/or measure because oftentimes, the problem is that they are having way more than one serving.

Any kind. You just have to be mindful of portions of red meat. If you can stand more vegetables than beef, then you should succeed.
