Laser hair removal is fast and nearly painless. The only painful areas are the upper lip and eyebrows but it's over so quick it's well worth it. Still not as painful as electrolysis. Much cheaper, too. It's $65 to do both arms. $45 to do your eyebrows. I love that you can have armpits lasered. Haven't tried it yet. Laser clinics have price lists you can pick up. I'm not keen on laser treatments being offered in a doctor's office. The ones I know of are not the best and just trying to get a piece of the pie from actual laser clinics. It's very worth it. The appointments are usually 4-6 weeks apart, depending on hair growth. You will achieve better results if you don't miss an appointment. Depending on area being treated it may take 4-6 treatments. Maybe more, such as a man's back.

To find out how it works you can go to http://www.HairRemovalForum.com . It is a very detailed site. The cost will probably be between $100 and $300 per Tx depending on the size of the area you are getting done. You will probably need 4-6 treatments to remove 95-99% of the hair. My wife had it done and she said the first treatment hurt the worse but that subsequent treatments really didn't hurt at all. The pain is dependent on your sensitivity and the Color and density of your hair.
My wife said that the procedure was very worth it. Make sure you go to someone good. The site that I listed has a directory of providers who have had positive surveys from previous customers.

My wife had her pubic area completely done.
The cost was around $100 a session, but that was a sale and we had free touchup sessions done as well. Additionally we needed the touchup sessions because the first operator she had was less than skilled and ended up getting fire. It was through the office of a cosmetic dermatologist, you definitely want to make sure you do it with someone who knows what they're doing.
At first the hair was completely gone, very smooth, especially during her treatments starting after around the third (she probably had around 8 altogether).
It has been around 2 years since she stopped, and she does still have to shave. However the hair is much lighter, finer, and sparser than before, so she doesn't have to shave as much, but she still has to do it.
Your individual results will vary depending on your skin color, your hair color, your hair thickness, the skill of the operator, and the type of machine used.
My recommendation would be to go to place that has a guarantee or gives free touchups or something, otherwise they could purposefully set the laser to a low setting to make you pay for more sessions.

Its not really painful but it does feel kinda like someone hitting you with a dull needle, not enough for you to yell tho lol
it can be expensive depending on what you are getting done..
It will grow back but it takes a long long time.
Try to google it and see if there are places around you .. they should also list the price or you could call them and find out.. as some places differ in prices.. but go to a reputable place..

My brother's friend did it because he had 1 eyebrow. He said that there's this thing that looks like a pen and when the tip of the pen touches your skin, you see like a little electric thing. My mom did it too, and I saw the lady doing it for my mom I think it's $1000 or less? Oh, and it think it's painful, my mom was twitching. Well, take a look of this man getting that laser hair removal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eofn68OTJMU

hi, i have done mine at Coslab.. not very painful.. but you will need a few sessions to see the result. after 3-4 session, you can see that the armpit hair has grown very fine, just like body hair. and you got to wait a while for it to grow before you can do it again. the growing time gets longer each time.

Laser hair removal only works on dark hair. It's permanent, costly and painless for most people. If your hair is blond it will not work at all!
