Nope... Wait! Tummy Tuck or Lipo or that new one Lipo Zap. But if you don't want to go that route, you'll have to exercise and eat health. I know you heard it before but it really works or they wouldn't keep saying it over and over.

The exercise of putting the beer away is a good one, for starters. Ok, ready for the truth... You can't pic where bodyfat goes and you can't pick where bodyfat will be burned. If getting rid of a beer belly was as easy as doing a few situps a day, very few people would have a gut. Spot-reduction is a myth. And situps may not even be that good for your back if you have a lot of weight out in front. Situps are a great abdominal exercises but the only thing that will help you slim down is through exercise using a combination of aerobic and anerobic workouts. Start off by determining if you are ready for a demanding exercise program. You could also ask a doctor/nutritionist/tariner for help. Next, stick to the program for a minimum of 10-12 weeks. The program should also include a well thought out nutrition plan. I would go with a carb cycling meal plan. You should also try to be more active. This could mean doing more work around the house like yard work or just taking regular walks/jogs.

if you don't want to exercise for whatever reason then the only thing left is to make drastic changes in the diet. this means basically consuming only all natural foods and eating at least 4-5 times daily. exercise only provides stimulation to the muscles and to the central nervous system and helps to expedite the fat loss process. the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition, you are what you eat.
