In the Cleveland, Ohio area which is in Cuyahoga County, the court records are on the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts website. I would think most counties have a website that gets you to the court records either as Clerk of Courts or judicial or other similar things.

for what city r u looking for county records and warrants? if Orange County u can look up warrants at www.ocsd.org and for records u can go to www.ocsuperiorcourt.com
