Whenever I copy emails to paste into a Word document, the lines are choppy and very difficult to read. Something needs to be adjusted, but I'm not sure what and how. I don't have time to go over each line and erase the hard line break to even them all up...Help! Someone out there knows the answer!

Step one is to go to the little tag that appears when you paste, click on the down pointing triangle, and choose Text Only to get rid of extra formatting.
Unfortunately, Microsoft copies e-mail messages with a Return at the end of each line as they are folded in the window.
One choice is to highlight each paragraphy and do Alt-Edit-Replace. Put ^p (paragraph symbol) for the thing to find and space for the replacement. Then do Replace All. A box will ask if you want to do the rest of the document. Click No.
This will turn each paragraph into one long line instead of many short ones.
You can also add a space and delete the Return manually at the end of each line.

when you paste soething into word, immediately after it shows you the little clipboard icon below the last line you pasted. click on the little arrow next to that and click on the option to match destination formatting, and it should format what youve copied to a normal formatting.

Try 'edit>select all' and then with it selected change the font type and size. You will probably have to reformat most of it manually, though.
