I am 14, and I'm 5' 5", I'm 132 pounds. I'm about everage. I pledged to myself a week ago that I will do 80 curl-ups a day, so I can feel better about myself, my fitness, and my self image. I would just like to know, if anyone can answer my question? When will my body start to look better, and when the results from the 80 curl-ups a day start to show? I eat pretty healthy too. Thanks

First thing is you never want to do the same excises every day. in order to make your muscles grow you must work them one day then give them a day to rebuild. If you do this you will see a noticeable difference in 4 to 6 weeks.

You're doing too many--you have to take a break every other day to give your body a chance to grow muscle. Too much may give the opposite effect.

after a couple weeks probly, but if you are looking to gain muscle mass, i would reccomend doing heavier weights (or adding weights to yourself when doing pullups) and sets of 5-15 reps. plus if you continue to do the same routine everyday your muscles after a couple weeks will just get used to the repetitive workout and stop growing and getting stronger, you need to shock your muscles (switch up your workouts) for them to grow and get stronger.

Well, first of all, if your going all the way up, that isn't good for your neck, do crunches. Also, when you exercise, the fat dosen't just dissappear in one spot, many people think that but its not true, just be patient.
