they are not really pimples they dont have any puss or anything else in them. You can't see them for from a distance but i could feel them on my face and arms. I have had them for my whole life. My friend told me it is caused by sweat. Does anyone know what this is called or has passed experiences with this?

You really need to read "Banish My Bumps" by Angela Steinberg (also available in electronic format here: http://www.banishbumps.com ). It's about how to permanently cure your Keratosis Pilaris naturally. I was able to clear my skin in only 7 days after reading this.

Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

Sometimes those are either "White Heads" or "Milk Spots" as my grandma used to say. If they do not hurt her or bother her then I'd not worry but ask your Dr the next time she goes in for a visit. Which should be soon if she is 4 isn't she getting ready to start school next year?

When I read this, I also though of keratosis pilaris. I have it on my arms. The best treatment I've found is just exfoliating then using lots of moisturizer.
