my mom doesn't let me eat sweets at all. I am alloud 1 sweet a week. And by one sweet I mean a cookie and a glass of milk. Thats just how I was raised. I am trying To tell my mom that every one eats sweets. I sometimes sneak sweets from by friends at lunch. Today I ate some hard boiled eggs, a glass of water, and a peice of matza for breakfast. I had a tuna bagel with carrets and some ranch dip and bag of sunflour seeds for lunch, after school I had another peice of matza with organic peanut butter, for dinner I had a seaser salad and some brocoli, and now I'm drinking milk. What did you eat today and what do you think about my moms little rule.

Eating and drinking healthy is a very good thing. Be happy your parents care, cause I'd rather be cracked down with health foods then parents let me go by buying or letting me buy whatever bad food I like.
Mushy philosophy aside - If at any point you think your unblanced intake is actually dangerously unhealthy, you could get social services involved and charge your parents with child abuse via malnourishment. But that's pretty extreme and I dont get the feeling your parents are being that unblanced. But keep that in mind of you get desperate. lol.
To answer the question I had 6 peanut butter crackers for breakfast, a roast beef sandwhich for lunch, two ice teas and a bag of popcorn after school, and a bagel with melted cheese on top for dinner. Not the sugariest but still more then you obviously. I fluctuate quite a bit.
The only thing I can suggest, not trying to get you in trouble or tell you to disobey your parents, but just talk to your friends. Pay um a little and have um bring a bit extra stuff specifically for ya at lunches. Maybe even enough to hide something in your locker. If you're super brave maybe even smuggle a little home to hide in your closet or desk or whatever.
So again, appriciate your health, think of the obese kids at school that kinda gross ya out and be glad you have some control, but at the same time dont be totally submissive. If you want a freaking oreo, you should be able to get yourself a freaking oreo. Sugar isnt a controlled substance in the UNited States, you should be able to buy and consume it whenever you please.

Today I had some toast when I woke up, and then an end-of-the-month-budget recipe I call Poor Man's Lasagna--Kraft Dinner topped with ground beef, onions, and tomato sauce--for dinner.
My mother was strict about sweets, too, and as a result I don't usually eat them, though I do get the occasional chocolate craving. I wasn't even allowed sweetened drinks as a child. I'm in charge of the cooking, however, in a household of 4 other adults, none of whom had the restrictions on sugar that I did, so I often make killer brownies or chocolate chip cookies.

oh my gosh I could never stay on a diet like that if she lets you have fruit I would suggest to her diced real small apples, dried cranberries, diced celery, almonds and carrots mix with chicken fresh boneless diced or canned chicken if she doesn't like the idea of chicken tuna might do fold in the fruits and vegetables can add or omit manase or miracle whip

I ate a big chocolate muffin from PJ's. I shared it with my son, it was really good. Your mom sounds very healthy....thats a really good thing to be. Every kid needs a good snack once in a while, though.

hi. say thank you to your mum....
i weigh twice what i should and find it hard to walk let alone play.....
healthy diet now will help you make smarter choices later, but your mum has to let you learn how to make these choices.
so, ask her to teach and study healthy eating with you, and let you plan a bit of what you eat.
make the right choices and she might slacken off a bit...
is mum or grandma over weight???
if so this would explain her feeding patterns. they are a little restrictive, you need to learn to have some cake but not eat the whole thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
