With so many causes in this world to get behind a person could go crazy trying to support everyone of them. There just isn't time for one person to support every cause and be able to take care of themselves properly.

What is your personal favortie cause?
Which one do you try to support the most?

You're right. A person could go crazy trying to help every single cause out there. Sure we want all the worlds children to be safe and warm and fed; we want the homeless to be cared for and not hungry; we want the planet saved; the ozone layer protected; the whales, elephants and exotic animals protected; the redwood trees alive and continuing to grow; dogs and cats spayed and nuetered ; and each of our communities thriving and economically sound. . . . . . . . but just a few of us can't possibly do it all.
Been there, tried to do that and it made me absolutely crazy. I've focused my volunteering efforts into my own community now and put all my focus into one project at a time. There just isn't enough of me to go around the world . . . . and unfortunately, my pockets are not real deep.

I like causes that help animals. I love animals and so do a lot of people, yet almost every kind of beloved animal (like lions, tigers, bears, elephants, gorillas, wolves...) are all endangered and have very limited space to live in because humans take over their land and kill them. People love tigers, yet at this rate there will be NO tigers (outside of zoos) in the next 100 years.

As for me actually supporting the cause, I have no means to because I'm poor. Although I do kinda of spread awareness by talking about it. Does that count? And if I ever become wealthy, I'll donate a lot to animal groups.

As for starving humans, there's about 6 billion humans on earth. It sounds mean but, seriously, we don't need any more humans. Save some wolves. Wolves used to live all over the area of the United States. Now there are no wild wolves at all in the US, they all only live in Canada (except for a small group that was transported from Canada to Yellow Stone National Park a few years ago)

I used to feel the same way, until I decided to focus on peace.

I think that Peace is the underlying cause that will benefit every other cause.
