I just ate a mouldy biscuit by accident. What should I do?

It most likely won't hurt you. Mold is actually not that terrible for you. But if you are real uncomfortable about it, call the doctors office tomorrow and ask there opinion.
But you are probably alright.

My great granfather would eat bread that was so moldy, it was practically dust already (don't ask..he lived through the Depression and didn't believe in throwing anything out)...and you'll be happy to know he lived until 96.

relax. While it's disgusting, it won't hurt you. Afterall, that's what penicillin is made of.
