-Well in the morning i usually end up eating only a banana.
-In the afternoon, i only drink the school milk.
-For dinner i rarely eat like anything.
-Yeah it does sound like I'm starving myself but...
-like around 11pm (i usually stay up late to do homework) i sometimes eat at most 4 toasts half a glass of a milk a glass of cereal.

so when i think about me doing this i don't think I'm actually starving myself anymore, but I'm not sure

Oh and um...I'm 13, have a height of between 5ft and 6ft, a guy, i weight 165lbs, i exercise like 4 or 5 days per week to help me lose weight.
So my question is, am i eating too little or is it sufficient? i think its sufficient though

Nope you are eating way to little. You aren't eating 1500 calories a day and that's the minimum you should be taking in at your age. You need to form a better eating habit or you will land yourself in the hospital for dehydration and starvation.
I don't want to scare you but you can't keep this up. Get back on track and eat healthy.

What you are eating is more important that how much... Eating a banana at breakfast is ok. Try taking a turkey sandwich to school for lunch, and maybe eat some tuna or some chicken for dinner. And I wouldn't eat after dark. That will give your body time to digest it before bed.

You're a growing boy and need protien...like meat, chicken, beans...the best part of your diet is the banana. Try adding some fresh fruit, veggies and meat to your daily meals.

What your doing is developing very poor eating habits. You're eating very late because you are starving yourself. Stop that crap and eat heathy moderate meals. Your body is slapping you in the face and you don't get it.

Between five and six feet...well.....what are you, then? Quit beating around the bush.

What you're eating is NOT healthy. Milk, cereal, and toast are only going to make you fat.

just eat normaly but do exercise to shape your body ..
