that's so far in the future, i don't really understand why so many people worry about it so much, but here's my thoughts.
You asked what if the Devil won in the end? Well, what if the Devil is winning now? How many people living today don't want to get up in the morning, how many people don't want to see tomorrow? How many people are alone? How many people have no hope? How many people have no faith in themselves or others? How many people living today don't care about anything outside themselves? How many people can't see any good anywhere they look? How many people do you think cry themselves to sleep every night? How many people do you think can't sleep because they are kept up at night by their worries? How many instances of adultery, theft, lying, murder, rape, and any other horrible thing do you think people do a day... how many bad things do you think we are capable of doing in an hour?
Would everyone go to Hell? Most of us are already there, not that I personally think this way, it's just that I see so many people who have given up, I know that there are many people who see the fiery pits of Hell as the ultimate escape from the Hell they have here.
The Devil can't win, there are too many people who have worked too hard to make this world a better place for reasons besides their own egocentric ones, if they end up in Hell, I personally will make it Hell for God.
I think the Devil has already won. I just hope it's not too late.

Poof goes the Dragon, when...
Grace unto you, and peace,
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Song: 'I fought the law and the law won' gives credibility to your what if scenario. As long as people keep fighting unjust law with law, is like pouring gas on a fire and wondering why it's not extinguished, it's going to get worse, not better. For law is the root source of sin (Romans 5;13) and the strength of sin's death sting (1Corinthians 15:56). So fighting law with law gives place to the devil, and strength to the death sting.
Watch Merlin, theTV movie of 1998 starring Sam Neil and learn the real magic is at the end, where they collectively turn away from evil(law), stop giving it place and authority, and then it and all it's evil deeds rapidly vanish.
Poof goes the Dragon. It's pictorial of 2Timothy 3:5's "from such turn away"; And it's prophesied to happen: what's old, faulty and "ready to vanish" (Hebrews 8:13) "shall vanish" (1Corinthians 13:8).
Hmmm, isn't the dead sea now rapidly vanishing. Perhaps this is a clue people like me have turned away from, stoped acknowledging, stoped giving place and authority to the law.
Not to mention the end of the shew is already written, and there's no mention of devil law in the end:
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Well ive thought about this so hear me out..
Lucifer started his war for the throne because he figured he was better then god,
He Lost. and was Cast out of heaven into the "pit".
So if he won. he would have cast out god and taken the throne for himself.
Basically we would still goto heaven but have to worship him instead. Maybe the main difference would be less sins.
kinda interesting that we still have to worship, just a different entity

The devil winning.....is one thing that is virtually impossible. the winner of the "battle" has already been declared, and God is that winner. Jesus has already won the battle against sin and Satan, which he conquered by his death and resurrection. the only question now is: when the end of time comes....will you and i be on the winning side (With God in Heaven), or on the losing side (with Satan in the pits of hell)? we must all personally determine the answer to this question. the battle that is now raging is a battle for souls.....our souls. so it's not really a question of whether God or satan will win. God already won. the question now is........which of us will be sharing in God's victory in Heaven, and which of us will face eternal fire in hell?

I don't think anything about it because it will never happen.
You can think about this,
If the devil had a chance of winning, then why was God able to cast him out of Heaven.
Because He is God. And God created every thing and every one. There is no one or nothing above Him and never will be.

Just to answer your question/s:
What if the Devil Won? Than the war is not over yet!
So in this case, "Would everyone go to Hell?", can not be answered.
What do you guys think? Thats what I think.
EDIT:
That is the war I am anxious to battle. The war between good and evil in the spirit. It will be fun because God is on my side, and I am on His. No matter if I am in this world or the next. :D

The devil will never won. He is not mightier than our God. God is the mightiest, the most powerful living God who is in heaven. It was written in the bible that devil will never succeed in his desire to get the throne from God. So negative thinking is not advisable.

Nope, hell was created for the devil
Satan would keep the people on earth and probably do what he's doing now but just to a much more worse extent
