I can defend
Martial Arts have many doors, and the one I walk teaches to defend. You defend as well as you can at your level.
I have seen many that make me look bad and many that make me look great.
But being as I am to old for fighting in general the way you mean to define it, well it's matters little how's my fighting ability.
I am happy to enjoy life and have skills that I can still benefit from.
I enjoy watching Champion MMA fighters with all their skills, and I then enjoy my workout as well. I never compare them, as they are from the same family, just with a differing concept.
From Jiu Jitsu's Phil Migliarese lll to Pat Militech , they all are great specialists.

If I have to, yes. I prefer to avoid fighting though.

I have been winning fights since I was age 7 or 8. I have boxed and competed in martial arts. I have my own style that combines some Chinese, japanese, korean and tibetian styles plus original moves.

yes, but our training never accounts for every opponents style of hurting others.

you win some, you lose some.

same for me. won more than lost, but age means that can change easily with the new breeds out there. lol
