I would start with walking. You can set your pace and for how long. Then you can slowly go faster and for longer

I can't exercise much because of a Hip Problem (I need a replacement and I'm only 26 years old) but I found these Exercise "Bands": www.spriproducts.com
The Medium one is just strong enough to make my arms ache after 3 reps of 12 and I have found that I can do a dozen different exercises with it.
Sitting in a chair I can do arm curls, hooking it to the door with the door attachment (comes with it) I can do chest work, if I lie on the bed and hold the straps I can do my legs... even the bad leg since I'm not confined to a single angle and can move at what is a "Natural Angle" for my particular body.
It comes with a guide on how to use it but I pretty much just got going through trial and error...
It seems like such a simple thing... a giant rubber band with handles... but it was actually the best $11.00 I have ever spent...
I ALSO have a Stair Stepper but it hurts my hip and I get out of breath way too fast.
Oh... and I have a 5 pound and a 15 pound dumbbell that I keep next to my bed... Whenever I'm lying down in bed with my hip hurting and just watching TV I grab one of them and just start lifting.
It is the little things that you do that can make the difference... and I like going for the little things...
Good luck my friend!! I’ll be checking back here for more advice that I can use as well!

The main key is to start out slow and easy. Even just walking 15 minutes is better than nothing. Maybe start out with just 5 crunches and add 2 each week. before you know it, you will be up to 100 crunches. Anyone who has never exercised will find that their first week is the hardest. As you slowly increase your time/intensity your endurance will increase and your body will respond positively. Don't give up!! You can do it!!

Well, I can't even begin to understand a life long mistake but... if you are way out of shape start off with walking and bike riding. You will need to start easy and work up to normal exercise levels. As you lose some weight (if you need to) start other exercises such as crunches etc.

Before you start an exercise program, always consult your doctor. The very fact you are feeling faint is evident you need to make that check. In the meanwhile, walks, swimming and gardening are excellent exercise programs.
Good luck

Do light exercises for a start say, 5 minutes walk everyday for a week, then increase it to 10 minutes and gradually increase the length of time as your body gets accustomed to being physically active. Then, switch to other forms of exercise such as jogging or body lifting or whichever is suitable for you. don't make abrupt changes. Good luck.

start off with something like yoga or pilates coz you can do easy corses then once you gain a bit of strength and endurence then you could work on some thing a bit harder. just keep it simple dont try some crazy extreem exercize yet give your body some time to adapt and eventualy u will get there.
