Yes totally you can freeze meat for up to 2 to 4 weeks and it would be fine, but you have to put it out a day early for it to defrost and then when then thats done put in the fridge 6 hours or so before cooking so the meat will be cool and tender.

Yes, as long as its not left in the freezer to long, I'd say about a couple of weeks. I like using ziplock freezer bags they seem to work best for me. On red meat you'll notice that the redness may turn into a dark red and/or brown. By this point it will be freezer burned and no good.

Yeah, for sure! I do that all the time. But be sure that once you defrost it... you use it/ reheat it right away. Throw out any defrosted stuff if not consumed... do not freeze and defrost and refreeze...

...absolutely... just use a good "zip-lock" type bag...get all the air you can get, out... wrap the meat in a white freezer paper and freeze away...
