My dad lost his job yesterday, and on Wednesday morning, i wanted to give him an in bed breakfest, to show him I care. Problem is, I can only cook eggs. I was wondering if anyone could name an easy, but delicious food that I could make a side for eggs. Thank you, It means alot! =]

Cut up some potatoes and fry them in a pan. And cut up some fresh fruit. Make some toast with butter and jelly.

Do a bit of practicing making an Omelet as they are very easy to make and you can use just about anything for a filler and turn it over similar to a Taco.
Another neat trick.... take a piece of bread and using a water glass upside down and place it on a cutting board. Cut a
hole in the center of the piece of bread by twisting the glass back and forth.
Place the bread in a frying pan with a bit of butter and break an egg and place it in the hole in the center of the bread. Fry egg until almost done then turn it over on the other side the same way. Also place the center of the bread you took out of the hole in the bread and toast it in the same pan with the bread and egg.

Why don't you get the pancake mixures in a bottle and whip that up it's quick and easy and cheap and makes heaps of pancakes. Then cut up some fruit on the side like strawberries, apples, honey due etc. And if you want to add more fry up your famous eggs with a side of toast and bacon and you can even cut up tomatoes and fry them with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, they will be taste so juicy and have that great bite. This will be an affordable meal which is easy to make and at the same time very gourmet and extravagent.

I dont know how old you are...but do you have any frozen waffles?
Toast them and top with peanut butter and syrup. YUM...Before you serve them cut them into heart shapes.
You could just give him a note with whatever you make that tells him how you feel and that you support him 100%. That would mean allot to him. And have the breakfast with him. Talk to him. Make him aware that your concerned but not worried cuz you know he is your dad and he will bounce back.
Your a good kid. Your going to do well in life. Keep your morals rocking like they are and you will go far.
I am proud of you. And I am a stranger. You inspire me.

Toast is always easy. Top it with butter and a cinnamon/sugar mix or jelly.
Sausage or bacon. If you can't fry it, buy the ones that you can microwave.
Scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in.
Hashbrowns
An apple, orange, pear banana, or small fruit salad.
Orange juice, apple juice, coffee,or fruit smoothie
Enjoy!

You could do bacon, and it can be done in the oven, or microwave.....make some toast and cut it out into heart shapes, you could do oatmeal and top it with different fruits, or fix a nice smoothie to go along with it. That is very nice that you are taking the time to ask questions and do that for your father, you are a nice young man.

Maybe you can get some sausage or bacon that's precooked if you don't feel you can fry either of them. Add some toast and juice along with your eggs and I'm sure your father will be extremely pleased at your thoughtfulness.
