How old do you have to be to get your lip peirced in Iowa?

hmmmmmmmm.....i want to know how much it would usually cost to get ur lip peirced IN IOWA!!!

You can usually get a piercing if you're underaged by a parents consent. I am going to get my eyebrow pierced next friday,though I can't do it in the city where i live, I have to go two hours away..sometimes even with a parents consent you can't get it done in certain places.
