I was thinking Great Dane. Maybe not full grown yet. Maybe mixed with lab? But I really get tired of people assuming that all mixed dogs with that body style and ears are automatically lab mixed. (You know?) It could just be a straight Dane as some Danes tend to look labish when they are puppies.
Is this your dog? If so you own a very beautiful pup.

That looks so much like the Great Dane I had as a child! (But when he was a puppy!)
His name was Thor - my beloved best friend from the time I was 4 until I was11....

most definitely black lab and with the tucked/contoured belly and tail type, greyhound may be in the mix as well. Whatever he/she is, it sure is a cutie!
