Hell Yes!!!

Gotta get my Hoyt Vectrix out there and put it to good use! I am leaving in exactly 4 days to go on a Mule deer hunt in the Ruby Mountains of Northeastern Nevada. I have had my gear sitting in the corner of my room for 2 weeks now and I am so friggin excited I can't wait! Wouldn't shoot any other way. A bow is a real hunter's tool. Good luck to everyone this year.

No. Because the federal government closed the Fort Chaffee Wildlife Management Area to hunting. This is due to the Arkansas National Guard using the area to train in preparation for deploying to Iraq. The Fort Chaffee area is regionally known for its huge amount of deer and trophy bucks.

As a hunter I am very disappointed in not having the opportunity to hunt my favorite area.

As a very proud American I gladly give up this bow season at Fort Chaffee because the lives of our soldiers can and will be saved because of the training they receive. And I hope every single soldier training at Fort Chaffee right now returns safely to his family.

Not this year, I want to see someone else get the one I would have got had I hunted this year. Like to see someone get the opportunity to harvest one.*
