I have mono and whenever I get sick I get huge pimples, one time I even got a cold sore above my eyebrow. But this time it is really bad, I woke up with a pimple about 2 inches by 2 inches on the side of my face about a centimeter above my eyebrow. Its not only large but it is risen so high it looks like a ping pong ball on the side of my face. NOT JOKE. is there anything I can do? It hasnt come to a white head yet? HELP????

If it is really as large as you say it is, that doesn't sound like an ordinary pimple to me, more like a cystic pimple, which will not come to a head. Put a washrag with really hot water on it, and do that for a while. The heat will kill bacteria. There is not much else to do except that, and wait for the sucker to go down. Those huge pimples are awful, and hurt too! If you have the $$, buy the Zeno acne device. I have it and it will make pimples go down literally over night.

this sounds a lot like a boil. its like a pimple but really really big. i put moist heat in the form of like a hot washcloth on it for 30 mins wait andother 30 then put on some alcohol then wait 30 mis and repeat. do that for a day and hopefully it'll come to a head by the next morning. and if you can put a heating pad on low with a wet washcloth all night and it will really help with the pain. gl

You need to see a doctor - that is beyond pimples. It sounds more like cysts or something.
Also I don't thing the "mono" is causing that. Epstein Barr virus is more likely to cause you fatigue.
If you can't get in to see your regular doctor, perhaps a walk-in clinic can help you out until you can see your regular doc.

Before bathing, apply a mixture of fresh tomato pulp, honey and rose-water to your face and keep for twenty minutes before washing off. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
