I am a health nut, but when it comes to Mexican food, well, therein lies my weakness. I am talking long term, are super spicy foods like that really not good? Please tell me if they aren't, i need to stop eating salsa for breakfast every morning if it is bad.

the only time you need to cut back isif you've got a family history of stomach ulcers or byou've got bad heartburn. otherwise they are vactually really good for you and help speed up your metabolism

Salsa is high in minerals, fibre and vitamin C. I eat it will all my meals, not just breakfast.
