let my friend drive shes 17 and im 20 i got my licence when i was 16 shes been driving for some time (yet not whit me) so i was wonderind worse case scenario we get pulled over will i get in trouble

I assume your 17 year old friend has a drivers license. If so, then yes, she can drive the car. If she does not have a drivers license or learners permit, then it will be a problem.

I live in South Carolina and yes, as long as the driver is a legal driver and has permission from the owner/named insured then they are able to drive the car and I believe that it is like that in most states. But you should check just to make sure...also may want to check with your insurance company.

depends..whos got the car in their name? R they insured? getting pulled over for what? speeding,drinking,drugs..it all depends what is going on
