I am interested in my health, I want to live a pretty healthy long life so I need to know, Because I love sugar but I have noticed I eat probably too much of it.

25 grams of processed sugar or less daily. this does not include naturally occurring sugars found in fruits, etc.

There are 28 grams in an oz, 25 grams of processed sugar per day is way to much. It's a drug avoid it.
