okay i answer this once but i want to make sure if the answer are right I also took a picture of it for you guys to see. its those two screw by the word "Sony"

try untwisting it with some needle nosed pliers or something. Otherwise you'll need a dremmel tool or something to cut a new groove for a screwdriver.

That screw looks like a Torx 6 size. I have safely removed those by using a Torx 8 held firmly, don't let it slip.
