Most times just cut in half and sectioned, but for a treat sprinkle some brown sugar on it and put in under the broiler for a few minutes until the brown sugar melts. I've also had it in a nice salad with bibb lettuce, almonds, and celery with a white wine vinegarette.

cut along around the out side
take spoon and remove a section at a time and eat!
I don't add sugar or sugar substitute.

you can peel it and eat it like you would with an orange, or slice it in half and use a spoon to scoop out the good stuff. they can be a bit tart most times, so you can sprinkle a bit of sugar over it if it suits your tastes.

Sprinkle lightly with sugar,
and then place under the grill , and toast lightly until sugar has gone!

peel the thick, outer skin off, then peel apart the clear sections of the fruit. then you eat it.
