Okay... buy a REAL pizza crust... the take n Bake places will usually sell them.
For your sauce:
1 small 6 oz can tomato paste
1 small 8 oz can tomato sauce
Open paste at both ends and push it out into a bowl, slowly add sauce, stirring with a wisk, to make a thinner paste. If you add it slow, it is less likely to stay in lumps.
Then add seasonings... you can go as simple as salt & pepper and italian seasoning, or do what i do, add the above and more garlic and onion powders, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary and anything else you can think of that sounds Italian... then add about a quarter teaspoon of rubbed sage... this is your secret ingredient and it DOES make a difference.
Also add a tablespoon of sugar... this willl cut the acid in the tomatoes and save on the sauce "revisiting" later. Let this sit for a while, so the spices can get to know one another. No need to refrigerate if it is under and hour or so.
Roll out your crust onto a pan... (wipe pan with a tablespoon of olive oil first) I use a quarter sheet size cookie sheet. (Yes, it's square) You can roll it with a rolling pin, glass or wine bottle... whatever, just try to get it even, then prick the entire crust with a fork... this is tedious, but you don't get big honkin' (that's a culinary word!) bubbles. Then spread on the sauce and shredded mozzerella cheese (I also add grated romano) and then toppings..... pepperoni (eeew, greasy, but #1 in USA), Canadian bacon, par cooked (and drained on paper towels) ground beef or sausage, onions, green peppers, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, more romano.....
Put in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Then check to see if the bottom is golden....
Let cool for a minute and use the pizza cutter that you bought at the take 'n bake place... they are the best....
Then listen to the Mmmmmms and praise....

Add the sauce, cheese, meat and veggies of your choice. If you buy pre made dough or crust, there will most likely be a set of instructions on the packaging.

Take any pizza dough and roll it out, or use pita bread or flat bread....
Put some tomato paste on it, if you like. Put toppings. Cover with cheese and bake it. That's it.
You can get creative and use all sorts of paste instead of plain tomato paste. You can use premade pizza sauce, spagetti sauce, or even pesto. (it works very well)
