The length of shower doesn't matter, and I have tried changing soaps but still randomly my plams will just get REALLY itchy.

since it is only on your palms and feet, I doubt very much it is an allergic reaction to anything, I suspect that you simply have very dry skin and showers will always make dry skin itch. Shower less frequently, use a moisturizing soap, and use a moisturizing cream as soon as you dry off and several times during the day. Drink lots of water to moisturize from the inside too.

You might not be rinsing whatever cleanser you clean your tub out with well enough then you get in the shower and get it on yourself. Either that or it's your soap try plain Dove or Aveeno body wash or soap.

You are allergic to something you use in your shower. Try eliminating one product at a time to see which one is causing it and then stop using that product. Hydrocordisone cream will help with the itching.

LUCKILY IT'S JUST YOUR PALMS AND SOLE OF YOUR FEET. I USED TO HAVE ITCHING ALL OVER MY BODY. I STILL DO BUT NOT AS BAD. REMEDY: SIT AND HAVE A GOOD ITCH. TRY AVEENO OATMEAL SOAP.
