Does Microsoft Student include access to Encarta Online?

I need an encyclopedia, but it is important that it has access online(like encarta's premium online) does student include this feature, or am i better off going with software that does, like Britannica?

I believe that Microsoft Student comes with the Encarta Deluxe DVD and does not include an online feature.
