O Lord, you have searched me and know me.
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
.....you discern my thoughts from far away.
You search out my path and my lying down,

...my Dad who is almost 87 and in a nursing home...he has dementia...he was always so talented and bright...a hero figure in my life...and I love him dearly, but have a terrible time getting up the nerve to go see him more than a few times a month...it's painful...I need help in dealing with his affliction...seems odd for me to ask for prayer too, where my Dad is concerned, but if I see him more, perhaps I will not feel so sad

There are so many needs, I personally walk with the Lord each day and even I need your prayers. I work in an environment that is not always Christian friendly, so I need special grace. I have a grandson who really needs the Lord. Our entire family is praying for him, and I would appreciate your prayers as well. When something good happens with him I will let you know.
