Im a college student in my 20s and I have been dating a man for three years, who is 10 years older than me. I am so much in love with this man but he hurts me so bad. Every time I try to get over him I let him back into my heart. Im so lost and confused that I feel bad all the time. Lately I have been so emotional over this man.
A little background information: He was dating another women for over six years and things didn't work out because both did wrong. Then two years later I started talking to him, but she bounces back and forth into his life and he lets her. Throughout the past three years he hasn't treated me right and there has been so many lies and a few other women. He always tells me that he loves me and wants to marry me. But lately when I call him he either doesn't answer or his phone is off. I know he isn't treating me right but I still keep letting him in, please help me how can I get over this? Im tired of the situation and Im ready to on but my heart wont let me

By accepting that you have NO emotional attunement, don't know what a relaitonship needs, and don't give care about yourself, no offense but you are. To continue to let this guy manuplate you shows just how much you hate you. Sad really you try to blame him, but you know deep down its all your fault, your actually doing all the work for him, by manipulating yourself, congrations! HE GOT TIRED OF YOU!!!! So yea, realize love is never enough, ITS HOW YOU USE IT!!!! And learn from this, what you had, WAS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DON'T NEED!!!!!!! So your hurting yourself by continuing to hope for this guy, what can we do to stop YOU from hurting YOURSELF!?!?! Really what are we suppose to do? Drive to your house? Tie you up? Marry you? Really this is all your fault congrulations your as human as the rest of us! Maybe, just maybe you'll actually learn from this and understand what a deep, meaningful relatinship is, maybe.....

Let your feet do the walking and tell your heart to be quiet. I think you know the right thing to do and why waste anymore time. It's pretty obvious that he is starting to shut you out by not answering the phone or having it turned off - there are too many people in this relationship. Find someone who really cares - he's out there....good luck!
