Depends on the thickness, and how you like it, me I season and tenderize let marinate for a couple of hours and go about 3-5 minutes per side. Cut at a diagonal against the grain. Then serve with a hollandaise sauce London broil is supposed to be served Rare to Medium rare for best results

depends on the thickness. Do the finger test. When testing touch the center of the steak. If it's really soft it is still on the rare side. The firmer the meat is the more done it is. If broiling remember to flip.

Any advise other than temp should not be followed by an amateur 125F rare, 130F med rare, 140F med, 150F med well over that( shoe leather). You need an instant read meat thermometer to cook meat properly. How could any one give you a cooking time/advise with out knowing how close the meat is to the broiler??? Also what type of london broil Top Round? Bottom Round? Chuck? You decide who is giving you accurate advise. Get a good cook book.

Depends on how you want it cooked-rare 6-7 minuets a side ,med 7-8 minuets a side , well done 9 -10 minuets a side.
