There are two kinds of Nytol. If you have the herbal one, it should be ok. If you have the other one, check that it doesn't contain paracetamol. If it does, don't take take any as you would be exceeding the safe dose. However, if you took your paracetamol over 4 hours ago, you should be ok.

Your only meant to have 8 200mg tablets in a 24 hour period regardless of whether its paracetamol or ibuprofen . Depending on what the other subscribed tablets contain then its too many.

Of course you can because Nytol are only a herbal based tablet.... have a nice sleep

Forget everything that you may have read from me earlier, coz i've just been reading up, and it sounds like it's O.K to take parachutes with Nytol, I was thinking of Night Nurse.

i wd not think it wd do any harm as they are relaxed herbal things is nytol p.s dont take more than two paracetemol and u will be fine as i have used loads as dont sleep much good luck

yes...its safe....Nytol is herbal....
but if you don't wake up in the morning please don't sue me...lol

actually dont if you've taken over 30 paracetamol...then its not worth it!

As long as they don't contain paracetamol, you're fine.

NO NO NO!!!!!! not good for your tummy or! your liver. let me give you a good recipe for a nice sleep. (but not! tonight cos of parasetamol) a double brandy in a large tumbler, a spoonfull of brown sugar and top it up with hot water. sip it nice and slow curled up with a good book or an audio tape. youl sleep like a baby.

do you not that the packaging with you?

do not take my word for it please cheack the labeling, but if it doesnt cantain paracetamol than it should be ok.
