I'm not gonna lie and say i'm fat, because I'm not. i'm about 5' 4" and weigh like 105. I just want to get rid of a pocket of flab on my upper thigh/butt, and maybe trim down a little roll on my stomach. Any advice?

Dam girl i would love to weigh 105 pounds. But if you are not skinny enough try exercising.

you need to exercise at a high level of intensity as this elevates the metabolic rate for hours after exercise. when the metabolic rate is increased so does that amount of free fatty acids that are utilized for energy.

Sit Ups. They are worth it, but they suck.
