In some cases it isn't a matter of "can't" but a matter of "won't". And I'm one that does.

Hell is worse then the worse thing you ever seen in your life. It is beyong the human suffering witnessed on tv. It is beyond the realm of any pain experienced. It is extreme heat and flames that you can not get away from. It is a place where there is no water and the gospel is not preached. It is a place where there are no christians.
Heaven is a beautiful place. Not just streets of gold like the Bible speaks of or mansions, but beauty is beyond what we can even begin to imagine. It is a place where everyone knows everyone. It is a place of peace and not strife. It is a place where people have the same spiritual truth in their heart. Gems are more beautiful then you can even begin to realize. Rivers are beautifully clear. People work side by side in unity, There is an endless celebration of praises to God. People tell the old story of how Christ changed there life.

well lets see hell: i think that u get there and demons drag you down i guess idk. but see you're stuck in the prison and theres fire everywhere and theres no where to get out and its like a never ending150 degree weather in there and you want to die but you cant cuz u already are. youre falling down a black pit that has cliffs and dogs and beasts around the walls that attack you and you hit rocks really hard and you tumble and tumble and tumble and keep getting hurt and it wont ever stop.
heaven: a city of gold with gold streets and diamond gates. walls high and a great tower where the father, son, and holy spirit sit on the throne and mansions of the saved ones all over the place. the saved are clothed in light of their righteous deeds and some like paul and billy graham are blinding to look at. Jesus is walking the streets with you, embracing you, showing his deep love that you cant even imagine and when u walk up to him he says "welcome my child. i love you." all of the citizens have heavenly bodies that have no weakness such as hunger thirst pain sadness and bodies that have powers like teleporting and walking thru anything. you have the universe to explore because you are finally free and you will stay like that forever. the angels are singing and heaven praises the Lord God almighty every day and there is nothing but happiness and love
thats what i imagine

Well, I think hell looks like nothing.. it's another word for the grave, in which we all will come to be... conscious of nothing at all.
As for heaven, because of my beliefs, I imagine it to be a glorious place of high government and perfection, ruled over by Jesus Christ and the 144,000 that will serve in this theocratic government with him.
Now as for what I imagine for myself, I can see this earth clean again, with healthy water and air. I see mankind growing to perfection more and more each day instead of getting older and older every day. I imagine the companionship we will have with no hatred, racial issues all of mankind here on a perfected earth, loving the same God and serving Him. Agape!

You cannot use your imagination to describe a real place. You can only use your imagination to describe an imaginary place.
The only people who can describe heaven and hell are the people who have been there, so we quote Jesus and john. Who else?

You'd think they would have no problem with their imaginations since their God are imaginary and their Bible is full of fairytales.

Christians have a lot of dogma to undo before they can open up their thought processes.
