Okay you know how people do something really disgusting?? and then you're eatin and you flashback on the disgustin things and you're thinkin ew i dont wnat to eat anymore?? can someone help me soo i stop thinking like that because whenever im about to eat something realli good i think about that and it ruins my apetite..

and no im not anorexic..

Sounds like you need to re-train your brain. For some unknown reason, you flashback on these things and it sounds like it is now a habit.

Try to deliberately avoid this by keeping your mind active with other activities. When it is time to eat, try:
reading while you eat
playing your favorite music...the type that makes you sing along
daydream...concentrate on fantasizing a love story between you and your boyfriend or your favorite movie star
eat with someone and get them to chat to you...you will have to follow the conversation so won't be able to flashback
