well there's this guy in my class...i asked him out and he said no. but now he ALWAYS stares at me, wats goin on?

This is a little odd so it is a bit difficult to decipher.My guess is that you surprised him some and as a result he reacted without thinking. While it is perfectly alright for a gal to ask a guy out, not every guy can deal with such a gal.Hence, assuming the above, his stares could mean I screwed up big time for she is terrific or it could mean he is thinking that you are too forward.Either way,I suggest you ignore him and his stares for now. Let the next move be up to him one way or the other.If he likes you , then he has to approach you. if he doesn't ,then you have lost nothing.You will meet a better guy who will not be intimidated by a modern or independent woman. Keep your chin up.

hmm.....did you ask him while he was in front of his friends??? maybe he just felt embarrassed to be put on the spot. or maybe he was so shocked that you asked him that we got scared and said no.
i bet the reason why he is staring at you is because he is now aware that you like him and so he's checking you out!
if you still like him and are really brave, try to flirt with him a little bit more! who knows, he might ask you out soon!

Maybe when you asked him you shocked him and out of instinct he said no because he didn't know what to say, but then later he realized what a mistake he'd made and now he's trying to tell you he likes you and wants you to ask him because he didn't mean to say no.
Oh well, go for it girl!
