The same way a guy can, work out. Go to the gym and get a trainer, how long it takes depends on how hard you work out.

Doing thousands of sit ups will not give you a six pack that can be seen, unless you have a very low body fat percentage. Sure, do sit ups and blank holds, this will make your abs strong, but they will not show. You need to lose body fat, the best way to lose body fat is a healthy balanced diet and cardio training...Please don't cut out carbs...You can not lose body fat if you don't have carbs fueling your body. Think of your body as a candle. The wax is your fat and the wick is the carbs...the candle doesn't burn if it doesn't have a wick...Please..everyone out there, stop advising people to stop eating carbs....Glycogen is the only fuel your brain uses to function. Carbohydrates breaks down into glycogen, therefore, no carbs, no brain function...Not Smart at all...

CRUNCHES! why would you WANT a six pack? girls with six packs do not look very attractive. you want a flat tummy, not muscles popping out. it's actually kind of gross when a girl has a more obvious six pack than a guy.

Get your body fat below 8% to see the six pack. How long it takes depends on your current body fat. Its much harder for girls to get a six pack because they naturally have more body fat than men. If you can do it, you will know you really accomplished something.

IV consultancy is right, you need to get your body fat percentage to around 18% to see some abs. So first you need to find out what your current body fat percentage is and then work on reducing it with a high protein diet and lots of strength training.

the only way to see the abdominal wall with out flexing is to reduce the body fat well below average levels. for a girl you need to reduce the body fat to around 18% to see some decent development in the abdomen.

You have to do lots of ab exercises AND get your body fat down fairly low. You can have great abs, but unless your body fat is in the teens they generally won't show.
