Could be cancer. You need to have it checked out by a vet ASAP. Neutering may be in order.
I am not sure what you are saying about them on each side of the penis. Guess we need more information.

You know, the only one who is actually going to SEE the problem and have a clue is the vet.

If your dog only has one testicle it means one didn't drop when he was a puppy and is retained in his abdomen. He should be nuetered because this is an inherited condition that you don't want to pass to the next generation. Also, the retained testicle has a greater than average chance of beboming cancerous. Nothing to panic about. He will be fine until Wednesday.

whoa.. you gotto calm down girl lol..
it can quite possibly be some kinda infection but all that calls for is a trip to the vet and probably some antibiotics...if it is serious, noone on here can really do much.
it is also possible it might be some form of tumours, which isnt too much of a problem if you have the money to hav them removed...unless it is cancer, but even then it should be okay to remove them...these days it all depends on ho much money youv got..it sucks but theres the reality of it..
the best thing to do though is not to panic and worry you and your dog. just try to be calm n get him to the vet..it should be okay for acouple of days but if he get very unwell or your get too concerned, get him there as soon as possible..as always with things like tumours n illnsess, sooner is better than later.. tumours may grow bigger n infections may become severe (not trying to worry you lol sorry)
so just keep an eye on him today n tomorrow. if they get bigger or multiply, go to the vet straight away.

i really hope it all goes okay n your dog is healthy. good luck n god bless.

Dogs don't have 'balls' on each side of their penis. Those are bulbourethral glands which enlarge when dogs get an erection. Gross, sure, but this is anatomy.

I don't understand your first question about their being 2 balls on the testicles and one being lumpy.

Yea. My dog, male chihuahua, has the same thing. He has only one testicle and I'm not too sure about the 2 lumps on the penis thing. I wasnt too worried about it until I read how worried you were. Now I'm getting worried. I'll try to get an appointment too.
