Grilling them will take some of the nasty taste out of them. Also, you can add a little bit of butter with some dried cilantro in it to them and give them a much milder flavor.

Besides salads, soups and stir-fry, there are ways you can sneak veggies into your diet if you really don't like them. Keep in mind, however, that they contain valuable nutrients to keep you healthy. Try mashing cooked cauliflower or carrots into your mashed potatoes, using spaghetti squash in place of pasta, pureeing vegetables in a food processor and mixing them in with your stews, meatloaves and sauces (this works well with kids, too), and you will hardly know they're there -- the veggies, that is, not the kids:) Raw veggies are good with dips, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing. Get yourself a vegetarian cookbook. They have a lot of recipes that incorporate those "evil" veggies into your diet, and they are tasty, also. ( the veggies, not the books -- oh, my!) My favorites are veggie-burgers. They taste like the real thing, minus the fats.

Sure . Eat mor beans, lentils, I like black beans with rice and some tomato salsa or chutney. Or refreid beans with rice in a burrito or in a chapati and some salsa. eat Pasta with a tomatoe marinara sauce add olives, or zucchini or any veggies. I like to blanch cut up veggies like carrots, beets, celery zucchini, broccoli, etc then rinse in cool water. Put on a salad. I make salad dressing with 1 cup sunflower oil, one cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sunflower seeds salt pepper and either tarragon leaf or dill. the seeds make it thick and creamy dressing. For lots of veggie recipes go to stephen-knapp.com on the left of the site is a list to choose from. Go to Vegetarian recipes. Hope this helps.

I never used to like veggies either.

It's easy to puree certain ones, like cauliflower, and put it in certain recpies. You can barely even taste it.

I started to put just a little bit of butter on things and a lot of pepper. Green beans are my favorite right now :)
