is there any way to gain weight? healthy weight. i have tried any way possible. 15 yrs old girl lol. i look too thin i want some meat on my bones.

Seriously ? You eat sufficient healthy foods ?
Hmmmmm,
Try again , roast chicken , rice , cream vegetable soup , salads WITH dressing , tuna & mayo sandwiches , peanut butter and jelly or honey , fresh meat tacos (avoid ground meat ) , beans n cheese , lasagna , spaghetti , cannolonis . . .

Don't worry about it. Just eat a well balanced diet and be happy with the way you are. You could end up with other medical problems if you try to gain weight using the wrong foods. If it's that important to you then follow the recomendations of a nutritional expert.

i agree working out is the safest way to gain healthy weight.
also eat more grains and things with more carbs.
you're soo lucky to be so skinny..lol.

omg! you are so light!
1--incorporate some carbs into your diet! breads, pastas, rice, whatever's good :D
2--you could always work out. muscles add weight, and its healthy weight, too, not fat!
