Can you give me an example of god's law vs man's law and the situation about it? And in democracy, how are such conflicts resolved?

Well, I guess a good example would be God's Ten Commandments verses the "laws of the land", i.e. laws of man, since the Ten Commandments are the highest form of laws that signify God's character.
You see, God says do not make images and idols of worship, to bow down to them. "Man" has statues in their churches and they, in fact, bow to them. (Exodus 20:4, 2 Corinthians 6:16, 1 John 5:21)
God says Remember the Day that I created specifically to give you rest from the labor of the world, to keep it holy and sanctified to me, to rest on it and to spend time with family and to serve people in need. "Man" defiles this Day by working and doing their own things and speaking their own words, they even chose another day of rest, which is totally not biblical, but pagan in origin. No offense, but look it up, its in the history books. (Exodus 20:8-11, Luke 4:16, Luke 6:5, Luke 23:50-56, Acts 13:42-44, Acts 17:2, Acts 18:4)
God says to love and cherish your wife or husband. To never cheat on him/her by commit adultery. Well, in this country, it is actually legal to cheat on your wife or husband. lol, Man's laws at its best!! (Exodus 20:14, Matthew 5:27 & 28, Romans 2:22, Romans 13:9, James 2:11, 2 Peter 2:14)
In regarding to the process of handling these issues, this country had a beautiful system called separation between church and state. This system still exists today but it is crumbling on a daily basis. But in a democracy, a govenrnment must have laws and conditions that are reactive instead of proactive. The problem with that is when men begin to place the laws of man above the laws of God. And this is an ongoing problem that, I belive will never end because of sin. Hope I helped. Later

Abortion is legal, and so is birth control, so they are "legal laws approved by men". You really should reverse the question and ask "How do God's laws go against man's laws?"

One of god'slaws would to be not to eat pork. human law would be to pay taxes. God's laws and/or morality should not ever be made into a social law. This is fro several reasons:
1. If you believe in god, you're already bound to follow it
2. People that implement the divine law, may misinterpet it and have to reimplement it. There may be difference on interpetation etc.
3. Not all in any society believe in any given god, and government should be separate from any church or religion. Thus the laws that are made should be to protect and allow the society to function.

God's Law: Thou shalt not kill. Man's Law: Abortion and euthanasia.
God's Law: Thou shalt not commit adultery: Man's Law: Do what thou wilt is the whole of the law. Easy and quick divorce on demand.
God's Law: Thou shalt not steal. Man's Law: Oppress the poor, the widows and orphans. Don't pay the worker what he is worth. It's okay to cheat on your income taxes
God's Law: Thou shalt not have any gods before me: Man's Law: Man is god, the universe is god, nature is god etc etc etc
God's Law: Thou shalt remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 6 days ye shall work but on the 7th day ye shall rest. Man's Law: Shopping 7 days a week.
God's Law: For the wages of sin is death. Be sure your sins will find you out. Man's Law: If it feels good, do it. You are accountable to no one. There is no absolute right and wrong.

Read Exodus 20 the whole chapter... That is Gods moral law, most christians don't even know that.

Well, let's just take usury, for example. Usury is basically the charging of interest. In the Torah and Christian bible, as well as in the Glorious Quran, charging interest on money loaned is a crime. But look at the millions of people who live off of their credit score. Usury has become the way to get ahead. it is so prevalent in our society, it is difficult (but not impossible) to live without immersing yourself in it.

God wants us to love each other.
But in this society no once cares and therefore there are no conciquences for that.
