God doesn't battle the devil and demons. There is no such thing as the devil and no such thing as demons.
The devil and demons are creations of people who seek to control others through fear.

Jehovah God is eternal. He does not measure time like we do. The bible says that a thousand years to Him is as a day.
Soon though Satan and his demons will be done away with....we just have to practice patience for now.....but trust that if God said it...it will be done. Also, Jehovah is kind and loving enough to give every individual one of us a chance to hear the good news and act upon it. We are all tired out and panting along in this old system waiting for it to be over.....it's coming!

The battle of Armaggedon. Jesus and His army will fight satan and his army. And Jesus wins. Easily.
