what would you do if your ex told you...?

what would you do if your boyfriend or signifigant other told you to talk to your ex's behind their back? I mean is this not concerning? A healthy relationship should be completely open and honest right? If he tells me that does that mean he is doing the same to me? I just don't get it.....

Seems like there EXPECTING you to cheat or something. Ether that, are they know that they'll be jeaous no matter what so they want you to hide it. Your feeling right, not a good way to do a relationship....
