Is it ok for me to go back to the car dealer and let them change it w/another car w/the same price or payment?

dealers in nj, ny take 3 days to register the car once it is registered it is a used car, go back asap and be nice they will work with you. it s all about selling a car

I only know of ONE case where car was ever exchanged and it involved sales person misleading the buyer.

If you are simply dissatisfied with the choice you made, then no, the dealer will not let you return it. They might buy it back as a used car.

If there are something wrong with the car, you have a little more leverage, but still, the only thing they are required to do is to repair it for you.

IT depends on your local state laws i know here in the district of Columbia any buyer has up to 15 days for a full refund or trade without any obligations or worries
